The gym has undoubtedly become my “happy place.” Just walking in the door makes me feel stronger and more confident when I’m having a bad day in the real world… like today.
I don’t want to dwell on the negative much, except to say that 1) I modified my weekly plan slightly because I have to get up at 5:30 AM tomorrow now. 2) I did a great job of converting the negative energy to positive energy in the gym.
I logged 3 hours today – 1 hours no-gi grappling, 1 hour Muay Thai, 1 hour miscellaneous (6 week 6 pack in the AM, running to/from the gym, as much extra core work/drilling as I could stand in the PM since I won’t have time for 6W6P tomorrow AM).
Yesterday I netted a 750 calorie deficit.
Not done eating yet today :).
So far – having an amazing week fitness-wise! Can’t wait to train tomorrow!
